The parties may, by mutual written agreement, elect to resolve any dispute through arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Website, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
