ROHAN GHOTAGE
Rohan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Arqis Global Trading LLP. Bringing over 14 years of deep expertise in exports, international trade, and logistics—particularly in trading and exporting mineral ores—he has pioneered end-to-end integrated supply chains for the paper industry and led enterprises across supply chain management, food and beverages, travel, and hospitality.
A proven leader with more than 14 years of experience, Rohan specializes in guiding clients through intricate global trade and logistics challenges across industries. He has consulted multinational giants to build robust supply chain infrastructure, enabling the first-time introduction of new raw materials in India, overcoming critical export and logistics bottlenecks, and steering industries through looming crises.
Born and raised in Goa, India, Rohan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from VIT, University of Pune, India, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona, USA.

NISCHAL KEDIA
NISCHAL KEDIA as a Designated Partner and Co-founder, brings a wealth of strategic leadership and operational expertise to the firm. With over six years of experience navigating the complexities of multiple sectors, he has developed a reputation for his versatile approach to business management. His professional journey is marked by a deep-seated exposure to the startup ecosystem, where he has successfully scaled ventures in the food industry, the tyre sector, and electronic building products.
Originally hailing from the small town of Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, Nischal’s foundations are built on a strong academic background, holding both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. This formal training, combined with years of boots-on-the-ground operational management, allows him to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.
Beyond the boardroom, Nischal is a man of diverse intellectual pursuits. He maintains a keen interest and knowledge in the intersections of biology and medicine, while also finding inspiration in the precision of automotive, tech innovation, and interior design. This appreciation for aesthetics and functionality also extends to his interest in men’s fashion, reflecting a holistic approach to both his personal and professional life.
